This piece was the first original painting I completed. Inspired by the city of dreams in a world we all wanted to fall into. Painted in only black and white this piece is where it all began. The beginning of a story that speaks of a reader that wanted to show the world what she envisioned when she escaped into her books.

Disclaimer: This piece was originally painted on a standard size canvas 20” x 24” (51cm x 61cm) and prints are made roughly to scale. We have tried to size the standard prints to readily available frames. Contact us for more info or for custom border size adjustment.

Care instructions: Please handle all prints by the very edges to avoid marks and scuffs. Please avoid touching the back border and handle with cotton gloves if possible. If print gathers dust, gently wipe with a clean, dry cloth.
