Statement

Due to the growing concern over the use of Generative AI in the creative space and the most recent situation that have come to light, I feel it is best to make Painted Chapters stance on the subject very clear.

Painted Chapters is a traditional acrylic artist. We create art with paint, a brush and a surface.

We do use nor support the use of Generative AI in the creative space.

We also do not condone or wish to participate in any witch hunt.

If you choose to use Generative AI that is your prerogative. Painted Chapters will simple not align our business with yours. If you have been accused of using Generative AI, we will not terminate any relationship with you without sufficient proof. We understand false accusations are just as damaging to a creative/business as intended use of Generative AI is to the creative community.

We also understand that Generative AI is forever evolving and infiltrating our lives increasingly and we will do our best to remain vigilant with keeping up to date and correcting any misconduct. However, we ask that if you have any concerns to please first contact us so that we might clarify any concerns or rectify any unintentional use of AI.

Declaration

Painted Chapters doesn’t use or condone the use of generative AI.
